EPA Lead Service Line Project

The GBWD is conducting a lead service line survey for every water connection in the district. This survey is to find out what type of material YOUR service line is made of that enters your home. Please see the Lead Survey Form in the Forms and Reports tab. Please fill out page 3 of the survey and return it to the GBWD as soon as possible.
