At Greater Bar Water District , our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents! The GBWD was formed by customers of the consolidated Downing, Rocky Butte, Rich Acres, Bar Development, and Whitlam water systems. The GBWD is owned and run by the customers of the GBWD.
